Dr. L Kelsey Armstrong, DPM, CSCS

A fixture in the Triangle Area for over fifteen years, Dr. Armstrong has treated patients ranging from children to professional athletes to the geriatric population with a focus on getting individual moving as quickly as possible via nonsurgical means. A graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Armstrong is board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry (ABMSP) and is a licensed massage therapist in North Carolina since 2023. Born in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Armstrong is former international track and field athlete with recent stints as a college/club/private coach and official. He is well known as a foot and ankle expert, lecturing at conferences and a contributing lecturer at podiatry schools, in addition to appearing on television (The Shopping Bags), radio (Doctor Radio) and national track and field magazines.Dr. Armstrong has been happily married for over twenty years, with two children and is an active member of the Congregation at Duke Chapel, in addition to a board member of North Oak Charter Academy in Durham, NC.

Peppi has had a long career in healthcare and related technologies, where she was previously a lab manager and biomedical clinical researcher at both pharmaceutical and research medical centers. She has used that technical experience to lead/manage various healthcare SaaS and Point of Care integration solutions. Peppi has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and UNC-CH and an MBA with a concentration in both healthcare and marketing from Wake Forest University. Outside of work, when she is able to find time, Peppi coaches and attends basketball games, along with soccer and various track and field events with her family. Peppi, herself, was a collegiate basketball player at Duke and then went on to play professionally!
